Melbourne-Boston Sister Cities 25th Anniversary
Dinner to be Held in Melbourne Monday 22 March
Chefs Ana Sortun of Oleana restaurant, Boston, and Greg Malouf of MoMo, Melbourne, will collaborate on a menu designed specially for the occasion.
Ana and Greg represent the very best of what each city has to offer. Share and discover their fusion of cultures and Middle Eastern food amongst friends while helping the Melbourne Boston Sister Cities Association.
The MBSCA Dinner will be held in the Yarra Room in Melbourne Town Hall.
Proceeds from ticket sales will contribute to the Melbourne Boston Sister Cities Association’s programs and connections, exchange of ideas and best practices, events and funding exchange programs.
During the evening a dinner for 10 people prepared in your own home by Greg Malouf will be auctioned
Bookings are strictly limited. Guests can register for the event on the main page of the American Australian Association Ltd's website. The Association is assisting the MBSCA with their event by providing our SSL-secure payment gateway for the processing of their reservations.

Time: 7pm for 7.30pm start

About the Chefs
Greg Malouf
Widely acclaimed as the master of modern Middle Eastern cooking, Greg Malouf has transformed the Australian restaurant scene with his innovative food, and his influence has spread through Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Greg is the executive chef at MoMo restaurant, where he delights diners with the flavours of his heritage, presented with exciting contemporary flair.
Ana Sortun
In her memoir, "Eating My Words", food writer Mimi Sheraton included Ana Sortun as one of the America’s "best creative fusion practitioners," describing the chef’s food as "inspired and inspiring." When Ana opened Oleana in 2001, she quickly drew raves for her creative combination of farm-fresh ingredients and eastern Mediterranean spice blends.
