Description
The American Bar Association Section of International Law is conducting a 1-day conference on Tuesday 9 February 2010 in Sydney, in association with its International Legal Exchange (“ILEX”) delegation to Australia and New Zealand.
The conference will feature cutting-edge programs on:
(1) internationalization of constitutional norms
(2) internationalization of commercial law
(3) criminalization of commercial conduct
(4) global environmental regulation
(5) legal consequences of the global financial crisis.
